Techfirm Industrial Services is looking for a Quality IT Systems Engineer to support and continuously improve key global quality systems such as TrackWise, Supplier Quality Management (SQM), and Documentum (EDM).

This role is a great fit for someone with hands-on experience in Quality IT systems and a good understanding of GxP, CSV, and pharmaceutical or life sciences environments.

💼 Your Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of global EDM Collections (Documentum)
• Contribute to system configuration, deployment, support, and reporting activities
• Support project activities such as upgrades, migrations, and system rollouts
• Ensure system compliance with CSV and GxP requirements
• Assist in maintaining user support and training materials
• Work closely with external partners to ensure smooth operations
• Collaborate with internal departments (Quality, Engineering, IT) on system-related topics

🎯 Your Profile

• 3+ years’ experience working with TrackWise, EDM, and/or LIMS
• Solid knowledge of CSV, GxP, and IT compliance practices
• Experience with incident/change management and system documentation
• Good understanding of CAPA processes and audit requirements
• Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus)
• Independent, structured, and detail-oriented

📘 Nice to Have

• Familiarity with SAP, SharePoint, or other Quality/Compliance tools
• Basic understanding of lab environments or pharma manufacturing processes
• Project coordination experience is a plus
